Find your balance and brighten your day with Yoga with Friends: Kitten Edition at New Hampshire Humane Society!
Join instructor Kayla Bastille for a beginner-focused yoga session filled with joy, movement, and plenty of purrs. As you flow through gentle stretches and mindful breathing, our adorable shelter kittens will roam the room - ready to snuggle, play, and steal your heart.
Kayla teaches both Pilates and yoga at Fit Focus and Active Zen, bringing a warm, accessible approach that welcomes all experience levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just looking for a relaxing Saturday before Thanksgiving, this session promises to lift your spirits and support a great cause.
All proceeds benefit the New Hampshire Humane Society, helping provide care and comfort for homeless pets until they find loving homes.
What to bring:
