Dennise was a lover of dogs. She was like a dog whisperer with them, and had 3 loving Yellow labs: Fozzy Bear, Molly, Honey Bear, and a Golden retriever -Graham during her short life. I make this donation in her honor and per her request to help the Shelter near where she lived.

In Loving Memory of Teah Brothers

One of our volunteer Therapy Dogs, Teah Brothers, passed away on Friday, December 24th of a heart attack. Sue Brothers, owner, fellow Speare Memorial Hospital volunteer and employee, rescued Teah from the NH Humane Society in early 2007. Realizing Teah's good nature, Sue wanted to share her with the staff and patients of SMH and brought Teah to volunteer with us in December 2007. Every Friday for three years, Teah enjoyed visiting with the patients on the Medical Surgical Floor and in the waiting rooms as well as with the staff to provide emotional support and good cheer. We are saddened with the loss of one of Speare's companions; however, we will remember her for all the loved she shared with the many she come in contact with.
