Through our sponsor a pet program, you can help support one or more of our animals waiting for their forever home.

When an animal arrives at NHHS, our veterinarians perform routine medical exams, administer vaccinations, and provide treatment for sick or injured animals.

Before an animal is adopted it is spayed or neutered if it is age appropriate. We also provide each animal with a blanket and toys, to alleviate some of the stress they may experience while waiting for their new adoptive parents. This high standard of care - including staffing, food, grooming, medical attention, and other needs is not recovered in our adoption fee.
